CARRIAGE TERMS

To ensure the safe and timely delivery of our makeup brushes to our customers, we have established the following shipping terms. These shipping terms apply to all orders placed through this agreement and aim to clearly explain the delivery area, shipping method, estimated delivery time, and related liability allocation to our customers.

I. Domestic Shipping within the United States
For orders within the United States, we typically use established and stable local logistics services for delivery. Orders will enter the processing stage after successful payment and system confirmation. Generally, order processing time is 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and US public holidays). After shipment, the estimated delivery time for domestic US orders is typically 3–7 business days, but this may vary depending on the delivery address, weather conditions, or peak holiday periods.

All domestic orders will have trackable shipping information after shipment, allowing customers to easily monitor their package status.

II. International Shipping
For orders outside the United States, we offer international shipping services. International order processing time is typically 2–5 business days, but the exact delivery time will vary depending on the destination country or region, customs clearance procedures, and local logistics efficiency. Generally, international shipping is expected to take 7–20 business days.

International orders may involve customs duties, import taxes, or other clearance fees, which are usually borne by the recipient. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the necessary shipping and order documents to assist with the customs clearance process, but we are not directly responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, policy changes, or other uncontrollable factors.

III. Shipping Company Information
To ensure transportation security and delivery stability, we will select reputable and experienced logistics partners for delivery based on the order destination and actual circumstances. Domestic shipping within the United States may be handled by the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, or United Parcel Service (UPS); international shipping may be handled by international courier companies or professional cross-border logistics service providers. The specific carrier for each order will be based on the logistics information provided at the time of shipment.

IV. Other Notes
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete when placing your order. If the package is delayed, returned, or lost due to an incorrect address, incomplete information, or no one signing for it, the customer will be solely responsible for the related liabilities and any additional costs incurred. In the event of any issues with your package during transit, we will assist you in contacting and communicating with the carrier.
